Good friendly polite staff. Downside was when I visited it was £13 odd for 2 keys to be cut.

Used Timpsons on a number of occasions. Today, I had a watch battery fitted and the strap adjusted in less than 5 minutes by Tim. Great work and service. Reasonable prices, which I never mind as the quality is always top notch.

Needed boots heeling and 2 keys cutting, was advised 20 minute wait, took the time to have lunch. All done when I returned, excellent service and good pricing. Situated outside of tesco extra, so easy access.

Horrendous Customer After Care Service. I took some keys in for cutting. They cut the wrong keys twice and then said they would order the right keys in. 2 weeks later and I have heard nothing and they don't answer the phone when you ring. Will be going back for a refund as these keys are £40. Need to learn about after care!
