Very efficient and messaging is reliable. Staff are knowledgeable and so very friendly and helpful I'm full of praise for them

Have used this pharmacy since before it was allied and have rarely had an issue but I ordered my insulin and kept getting told tomorrow,tomorrow for on the 3rd tomorrow they speak to the supplier who didn't have the order due to a "technical fault" I am now on my 2nd day of no insulin due to the appalling service! I am a nomad customer and ordered the same insulin every month for the last 6 years so it's hardly a surprise! Can't get it other pharmacies as they don't stock it so the advice to get an emergency script is not an option. I now have ridiculously high blood sugar and unlikely to have any insulin until tomorrow afternoon! Not to mention I've travelled 3 times to the pharmacy, I don't drive and have had to travel in my wheelchair to and from for nothing!.

Shelf stacker not concentrating on her job. Making people over 60 and disabled fill out forms to receive their prescriptions. Needs to leave the sunbed alone and concentrate more on colouring her grey hairs roots.

A lovely pharmacy with lovely helpful staff

Had a covid of vaccination. Although running a bit late, the young male pharmacist was very apologetic and gave the best and gentlest vaccination I've ever had. No soreness or aching arm. Highly recommended
