I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I had my old shower with full shower screen converted to a much safer walk in shower with fitted seat and half shower screen that fully opens for easier access. Everything was explained clearly to me, they made sure the design was safe and practical but also didn’t look like a hospital shower. They were clean, tidy and efficient and I will definitely be using them again!

The 2 plumbers that did my bathroom and had excellent manners, did a great job and were very clean and tidy. The customer service and communication from the office staff was outstanding. In a nutshell this is an amazing business to have services done by! Very happy with my new bathroom. Would recommend!

Cowboys avoid totally trashed and ruined my kitchen unit and house. Carpet ruined NO protectors down tramping in and out now covered in mud and dirt. Unit they installed is unbelievably bad in fact a write off. They nearly set it on fire twice all burnt at back welding the pipes- all burnt and the acrid smoke was horrid. Solders all over the place not clean joins. Amateur welding worst ever. Can't even do basic door hinges they've scewed right through to the front not once but on all the hinges. Now doors need replacing too been damaged by them. And then couldn't be bothered putting drawer in just 1 runner and a lop sided drawer front which again he damaged with overtightened screws coming through from inside to out. The new unit has split because of him overtightening screws and is not water tight, big gaps and holes. Not sealed sink to worktop. The doors ruined all trashed and with dangerous screws sticking through. The young person doing all this damage was largely left unsupervised and is totally incompetant. They were arguing with each other and bashing things. Over 6 hours to replace a simple kitchen under sink unit! Totally unprofessional and totally incompetent and stressful. Avoid. I now have a sink I can't use taps are loose too and a ruined carpet. When I phoned to ask why they left it like this they lied and said they didn't do all that damage. Photos prove they did!

They have completed numerous jobs for me over the years, from a whole new boiler to little jobs like changing taps and small leaks. They’re always here when they say they’re going to be and complete jobs to a high standard.

I’ve used John Paskell (plumbing) LTD for many many years, they are always punctual, professional clean and tidy work areas and always make sure any flooring is covered up. The latest work they’ve done for me was a brand new bathroom, this was a complete room switch so everything had to been done from scratch, water, plumbing pipping etc. I was extremely pleased with the finished product and they consulted me every step of the way.
