Cannot believe the reply I’ve had today, nothing we can do, so you’ve water dripping under your roof and off your gutter causing a puddle near your back door, no inspection by the roofer instead they went by a video a plumber had took, appalling pawned off back to the builder who won’t help based on Jarvis & Womack say so, did they see it with their own eyes no, passed the buck and blamed the manufacturer and not their workmen even though I have the issue of two of the sides of the house not all four areas, complete disgrace ! Would not recommend this company at all ! House still under warranty but yet sorry nothing at all, I’ve a son with massive mobility issues and we use the garden for his physio and with the water heading towards the back door it’s becoming a health and safety issue but do they care nope !!!!!
