The shop has recently been refurbished and looks much better. This store is a local UPS drop off location and I had a parcel to ship to the USA. I dropped my parcel at the store and expected it to be in the USA within a few days. After checking the UPS tracking system there appeared to be no progress. I reported this to UPS and they tried to chase this for me and couldn't contact them, I had also tried to make contact by phone, no answer. I decided to go back in and find out what had happened. My item worth hundreds of pounds was sat on the floor in the shop almost a week later. When challenged they said the person in the shop when UPS tried to collect didn't know how to process it. They couldn't have cared less, no apology offered. Don't use this place for parcel drop off!

Not a bad little shop apart from prices go up from one day to the next

Every time you go in theres something not working, this morning the cash machine was out of order ot its pay point, its a regular thing, i wont be going in again !!

No customer services won't let you use ATM unless you spend what you use in his shop
