Waited over 5 minutes to be assisted despite 2 staff been on at your Wath Upon Dearne store, one cashing up at 5.30pm even though they closed at 6pm. I asked for a poster printing. She said she couldn't guarantee it'd be done in 30 minutes. I didn't know it took so long to print a poster? Basically they didn't want to do it as I take it was too much work to do. Other customers were getting instant prints only. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of service. To me it looked like they just weren't interested and was counting down the minutes to go home. Very unprofessional from the lady who eventually served me.

The staff here are amazing. They are so helpful and caring. Even when they are very busy they are 100% professionals Thank you.xx
