Tesco Express

Saturday 15th, around 1:20 PM I was in the shop at the time when an Uber Eats driver came to the till to collect an order. A man in the queue got upset, left his shopping, and walked out. Two ladies at the till then blamed the Uber Eats driver, even though he was only collecting a customer’s order as part of Tesco’s service. It might also be helpful if till colleagues are reminded about how Uber Eats and other collection services work, so they can guide customers better and prevent misunderstandings like this.

It was warm welcome ,if there is something you need but cannot find there is always someone to show you the eisle where its on so polite easy access to shop it's got ATM outside its got self service also use cash or card its entirely upto you

Delivered a loaf of bread that was out of date. Forgot the milk. No way to contact store to get them to fix the problem. Total crap

Staff are helpful and friendly . Parking is a nightmare though .

We go here every week to buy a drink while walking to Thurnscoe, but recently we have been followed by the lady from the till thinking we are going to steal something? Don't they have cameras for that? We put the drinks back and said we don't like being followed or treated like the kids are in this area. You should look at the camera and let customers shop and not scare them away? Not like you are going to stop anyone anyway. You don't earn enough for that.
