Excellent customer service from Jesse in Lincoln. He rang me when the carpet arrived in the shop with long marks on it and told me it wasn’t good enough to be fitted. He apologised and ordered a new one, before getting fitting for this arranged very quickly. Also, Adam is an excellent fitter who is extremely skilled at fitting carpets - he did a particularly superb job on our landing and stairs. I will definitely be using this company again.
