Adi’s kickboxing class is intense, fun, and super effective. He’s a great coach—motivating, knowledgeable, and always pushing you to do your best. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you’ll feel welcome and challenged. Every class leaves me feeling stronger and more confident. Don’t miss it!.
Trainer is unprofessional and bullies the young children, overfamililar with female students. Premises are unsuitable and highly unprofessional. My advice, stay clear!
Without doubt, the best and most enjoyable way to work out. Great people, and Ady is fabulously encouraging and makes you feel like an old friend from the word go.
good training shit dad jokes 😂
