Red Hawk

We've always enjoyed coming here, the service is friendly, the atmosphere is great and most of the food is excellent. The only downside recently has been the burgers, which have consistently come out burnt the last few months, to the point where it's nearly not edible and tastes of charcoal. Everything else has been spot on, so we are really hoping this is just a temporary issue.

Absolutely first class service. The staff were friendly and efficient and I really felt like they were appreciative of our custom . The kebab pitta dish was the best I have tasted for a long time . My wife has to have gluten free food and was very impressed with the awareness and knowledge that the staff had in relation to allergens etc . We will return, thank you🙏👌👌

Cracking local pub with a very good menu and drink selection. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, especially Lydia. Shows all sports / rugby / football matches across several TVs. Nice beer garden for the warmer weather. Champion.

Lovely staff always welcoming to us and our dogs. Great choice of beers. Definitely worth a visit. Another great visit to the Red Hawk on 12 September 2025. Carl the landlord was very accommodating and always makes us and our 3 dogs feel welcome. Great staff and service.

Excellent first visit, the main manager was very attentive and chatty, we we're early but that wasn't a problem for him, nothing was too much trouble
