West burton is a typical Yorkshire dales village. There's a large village green with the old stocks,a play area for the children and plenty of benches to rest after a walk. Parking can be a problem as it's only round the green and as west burton also as a waterfall ,it can be frustrating trying to find a spot. There's a very nice butchers also a village shop that seems to stock a bit of everything.
Didnt go in but looks nice from the outside!
Lovely, well maintained village hall. With a well equiped kitchen - ovens, instant water boilers, dishwasher. Clean toilets including disabled & baby change.
A very welcome cup of tea at the village fair. A well equipped resource for the village.
