West Mount Vets - West Vale

The Receptionist was fast, efficient and very understanding of my concern for my elderly dog. The Vet was very reassuring and sympathetic to my distress, she managed to reassure me, she laid out the plan and an alternative plan, which was very helpful. She explained the costs clearly. She examined my elderly gentleman with care with kindness, he was not distressed at all in the surgery. Altogether a very reassuring urgent visit for a Saturday morning. Absolutely will be going back, hopefully not too soon though. Thank you ladies.

Not many cats enjoy a visit to the Vet' and mine is no exception. However careful and compassionate attention resulted in a stress free visit for annual booster injections. Even the bill was stress free.

I went to west mount vets- greetland practice today. It was an emergency appointment and I have to say the empathy and care of everyone there was incredible. I couldn’t have asked for better from any of them. Massive shoutout to Amy Smith, Rebecca Harrison,Nikki Dobson and Martina.

If I could rate zero I would. We have used the vets for many years with both our dogs. Just recently needing to have 1 of our old dogs put to sleep many people commented how much it cost, after ringing 2 other vets in the local area we had been charged by West Mount Vets double the price of other vets to do exactly the same thing. When putting a complaint in we received a call saying they haven't done anything wrong and they are in the guidelines. How can a vets charge double the amount of another clearly think it's okay rip people off when they are upset ! we are now wondering how much extra they have charged over the years ! We will never go to this vets ever again they clearly all about making money and not about caring for pets.
