Nice clean room with a comfortable bed, en suite and the necessary amenities. Its situated just a few doors down from the local pub, the Fox and Hound, which serves nice food and has a friendly atmosphere. There's also plenty of distance to cover for avid walkers. Breakfast is offered at a flexible time by the owners, wgich is great if you're planning on a lie in.
Really lovely B&B with excellent hospitality and good food. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in and good shower. TV in the room and dogs are made welcome. Met a couple that return every year and I can certainly see why. Can't rate them highly enough.
Lovely little place, conveniently located in the center of West Witton. Very hospitable owner couple. Very nice breakfast indeed. Very warm and cozy to stay.
The old star is a great place to go and visit if you want a peaceful stay surrounded by great scenic views,barrie and Barbara the hosts always make you welcome and nothing is too much trouble and Barbara's breakfasts are hearty and cooked excellently with local produce
Excellent place to stay, the rooms are clean and cosy the food was delicious and the owners were warm and welcoming they when above and beyond to help us feel at home. 5* all the way.
