Nice and perfect, lovely staff, but the cafe needs to improve food quality, needs adding more choices. This because all patients are coming from very far points to this remote location, and the town is beautiful but small, so no nearby restaurants beside the hospital for the families attending with patients.
Their parking machines don't work. The PayByPhone app doesn't work. The PayByPhone telephone number doesn't work. There is no phone support.
Loses a star as it's not especially cheap, but I do recommend parking here if driving to the hospital. I have never known it to be completely full, and free parking on the streets is a long walk away, not always available, and I imagine not appreciated by local residents. There is now payment by phone app available, which does have a 20p extra charge, but I recommend it as it allows you to extend your parking if your stay is longer than you anticipated. Cash payment was an option, too.
