Popped in previously for a takeaway coffee and was impressed both by the coffee and how friendly the service was despite them being incredibly busy. Came for lunch today and the service was just as friendly, though they were again very busy. The food was amazing. Ordered the Christmas specials and didn't regret it. Definitely recommend.
Excellent food - I had a vegetable bowl with halloumi and it was packed full of fresh, tasty veg with crispy halloumi pieces. Best lunch of our trip.
Had a lovely breakfast here on a cold Sunday morning. I order the Benedict special, it was lovely. The bacon crumb tasted a little bit artificial and the ratio of egg/ sauce/ bacon to hashbrowns was a bit off (prefer more or bigger hash browns) but I still very much enjoyed it. My partner ordered scrambled eggs on toast. His feedback was similar, the slice of bread too thin compared to the amount of eggs which made it soggy. He said the eggs were cooked well. Coffee was lovely. My main issue is that the where we were sat was a bit cramped and we had to rush to leave as a table was seated next to us had a dog and the space is far too small for that. Not everyone likes to be near dogs especially when eating.
Been twice now, food and service really good both times. Coffee is great too! Will definitely be back
A solid 4 all round for Kofi and Co - great menu, excellent service and a pleasant ambience. Seated quickly after a very short wait, nice seating upstairs as well as down. We had lunch, didn't have the cakes but they looked absolutely banging! Dog friendly as well.
