Really lovely little cafe with a welcoming atmosphere, we both enjoyed our sandwiches. Smoothies were very very nice and huge! I do think the seating area could do with some music for ambiance as it was a little awkward when we first sat down. We both left full and satisfied 😊
Absolute shocking !! Ordered a Full English Breakfast today! Stopped off here as looked like a pretty Yorkshire cafe from the outside that served good Yorkshire food! How wrong I was!! £9 for basically a childs breakfast. 1 sausage, 1 wafer thin piece of bacon like shoe leather. 1 piece of hardly toasted bread. Guessing tinned mushrooms and half a tomato. And you guessed it. 1 egg, and beans. Not good at all people. Thought it would be a good hearty Yorkshire breakfast!! Need to up your game!
We were in Wetherby on Sunday looking for somewhere to have a coffee that was not a chain. Found this place. Excellent service from the staff. We were made to feel really welcome. All home made cakes etc. the place was simple and inviting. We loved it
Really disappointed with our experience in this café. We wanted to support local business but will not be coming back. Service poor, didn't listen to the order, told twice what we'd like. £16 for two tea cakes and three drinks. Latte was the same size as a child's hot chocolate, tiny and took 20 minutes to arrive. The teacakes took 30 minutes to arrive. When queried, the response was short and snappy advising they were short staffed. Very rude and unapologetic, will not be returning.
Day trip.out in wetherby today and fancied a nice sandwich for lunch. Ordered a club sandwich, a ham and brie panini and 2 lemonades.... £23! Wouldn't mind if it was worth it but I received a sourdough roll with 3 slices of bacon, 2 cherry tomatoes halved and barely any chicken. Not a club sandwich, and certainly not worth £10!! Unbelievably disappointed. Won't be returning.
