Lovely lady but what a poor show of a breakfast. £8.50, no drink, 2 chipolatas and a few other bits. Not really sure if something has changed recently but I cant say I'd ever send anyone in there.
We have been going here for many years. I can't praise it highly enough -- the food, the tea and coffee and Lan is the kindest, most attentive person in the World. It looks small and unassuming, but it's a gem.

Called in for breakfast after checking reviews, very friendly lady serving and really good sandwiches and coffee all reasonable prices.
I love this place. The menu is varied with a few specials like the meatball noodle soup mixed with the usual breakfast items. Homemade cakes, gluten free options etc. The lady who runs it is so welcoming and my kids love it. It feels like you're at families, it just feels so familiar. A welcome break from the Instagram style avocado on toast style places everywhere.
