Only ordered the mushroom soup. It was not that hot (warm so no bother), but then noticed some broccoli was still frozen from the inside even though I waited a bit before eating it and the soup in general was not tasty. For nearly £7 I'd expect it to be better. Service was good though.
Asked the older lady if the only toppings I can get in the medium box where the options being served (not including katsu curry) and said that katsu was included, ended up paying way more than the original price without me saying yes to it. She seems like she hates the job which is fine but don’t wink at an old man, giving him extra and serving others with attitude and a disgust face.
Chose her as a healthy alternative to burgers and kfc. The food was piping hot and the service was quick and polite. Prices were a little high for a large meal a side and a drink just under £14 but it is a motorway services after all and healthy eating has a tendency to be more expensive. Overall all a very pleasant meal and experience.
Once again a disappointing experience. Not sure why the service centers in uk are such a mess. Decent place with enough seating but certainly short staff and all other chains at this service Center had long lines at 2030 hrs. All kids working at this joint and One person serving . 10-20 min wait. Their regular box is 8£ with with a Drink n prawn cracker. Good taste pathetic. Extremely salty and sugary. Sushi box 7£. Suggest avoid eating altogether and head into town even if u waste time..
