Wonderful Gem of a rest’. Food always spot on. Tried most things on the menu over the years (apart from vindaloo). Staff compliment each other. Especially J’J’ who manages a great team. Kept meaning to ‘pay-it-back’ for them. No excuse, just left 👍🏽 Sorry, somehow 1star posted. Meant for 5
We were staying in nearby Spofforth and on our first night, we searched online for an Indian restaurant and found this one in nearby Wetherby. So pleased we did, amazing curries and great service!
This was an excellent Indian. We had Tarka dall, Chana sag and mixed vegetable Balti. The food was very good as was the service we had.
Often get takeaway from here, really enjoy it. The taste differs ever so slightly each time so you can tell they are prepping it fresh. Never had the chance to eat in, but the guys are always friendly when I go for collection.
We arrived around 6pm and the place was deserted but by the time we left 90 minutes later, not a spare seat to be had. A great sign. Food reasonably cheap and full of flavour.
