Met up with friends here on a Wednesday at 1pm, first time visiting. Was looking forward to a meal, having checked the website and online menu, only to be told by the lady at the bar that "We're not doing food" ?? The sign outside says quality food served *all day*, the website says food served Wed - Sun 12 - 3pm. Maybe update the sign and website to avoid disappointing hungry customers? Otherwise a nice place and decent drink selection
Called here on my parents recommendation. I booked ahead for 4 people + 1 dog. We all had Sunday lunch. The main menu is for during the week I believe. The food was lovely. The staff very friendly. The pub was spacious enough not to be sitting on top of one another and has its own car park. But most importantly for me dog 🐶 friendly. Will happily come back.
