Have a Chinese meal from here once a month and they aren't too bad.Beef and tomato is fine,beef fried rice ok and beef in black bean sauce isn't too bad.Price wise it's what you would expect and when you phone your order through it's usually ready within 20 mins .
come here once or even twice a week. great service always by the young men behind the counter and food is always great and cheap
Just moved to the area, Saturday night takeaway on our first Saturday here, chose Mr Yiks and was not disappointed. Telephone order no problem, great price and the food was excellent along with the service. We'll deffo be using on a regular basis
Great spring rolls, but Ordered prawns in bread crumbs, got them in batter. Ordered egg fried rice, got one with meat, prawns and chips! Got chips and rice crackers too, which we didnβt order and just binned. Sweet and sour prawns sooo sweet, no sour at all, so binned that too. Such a pity π
We started using Mr Yiks again about 6 months ago. The food is beautiful, always fresh and piping hot. There's usually 4 of us so we get a different selection each time we order, and not one complaint from any of us! The two young men front of house, taking orders and answering the phones, are always polite and smiling!
