The Opportunity: Nigel Wright Group is partnering with a well-established, entrepreneurial property business that has built a strong reputation for delivering fast, flexible and transparent property transactions across the UK. Operating in a high-performance, target-driven environment, the business combines a strong digital lead engine with an established investor network to deliver high-value, below-market opportunities. They are now looking to appoint an Account Manager / Property Investment Consultant to cover a 12–18 month maternity period, with the potential for the role to become permanent. Role Profile: Build and manage relationships with a portfolio of property investors, acting as a trusted advisor Onboard new investors, understanding their criteria and matching suitable opportunities Present investment opportunities clearly, articulating returns, yield and overall value Manage deals through to contract, including negotiation of price and commercial terms Drive repeat business through consistent engagement and long-term relationship management Handle a high volume of live deals and investor interactions in a fast-paced environment Work closely with internal teams and maintain accurate pipeline updates to ensure smooth deal delivery Person Specification: Proven experience in a target-driven sales, account management or relationship-focused role within a service-led environment Able to operate in a consultative, relationship-led sales approach rather than purely transactional selling Strong commercial awareness with the ability to understand and discuss ROI, yield and overall investment value Excellent communication skills, with a professional, engaging and credible telephone manner Confident and capable negotiator, comfortable influencing outcomes and handling challenging conversations Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Resilient, driven and team-oriented, with the adaptability to learn quickly, perform under pressure and thrive in a collaborative, sociable culture Other information: Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week), working 9:00am–6:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am–5:00pm Friday Initial 12–18 month maternity cover contract, with potential for the role to become permanent
