Lady today confirmed what was asked for my sons hair, was also shown where to cut on his head as only needed a freshen up…my sons had his hair done here before by Emma who was so patient understanding professional and kind. Unfortunately the person who cut my autistic child’s hair today did it wrong totally not what we asked for. Which resulted in him becoming upset, then proceeds to try get other customers to back her up but no one did as she was in the wrong, like take the criticism and the fact you did WRONG swearing infront of my child twice wasn’t the best idea or very professional either. Giving my child a bad experience causing him upset and showing anger and shouting because you couldn’t deal with the fact you did wrong. Then when asked to stop speaking so disrespectful infront of my child you continued to swear and shout Foff? Offered to pay despite the wrong doing and she said don’t want your money? Genuinely shocked that this person has spoken to a customer in such a way infront of a disabled child in this small village? Half of the barbers on estates don’t even react how she has today.

Our preferred mens hairdresser in Wetherby for myself and my 4 year old son. Both Emma and Nicki have always given us great cuts and exactly what we ask for. They are lovely people too. 👍 My son is still very nervous having his hair cut. However he actually asks to go back to see Emma and Nicki!

Best barbers in Wetherby ! And the best skin fade in Wetherby by far ! My partner has been having his haircut by Nicki for months now and it’s the best it’s ever been he is really pleased with it after lots of dodgy haircuts elsewhere he has finally found the right barber and won’t be going anywhere else. Iv been going on the Sunbed here too and Iv found that to be the best sunbed in Wetherby as well! Defo reccomend

Not been to a barber since lockdown due to bad experiences from unqualified pop up barbers in the area. Emma was fantastic and did exactly what I asked and gave good advice. Shop was clean,trendy,friendly,professional yet still relaxed. Definitely be a regular now and would highly recommend.
