I recently rented a car from Cars on Demand and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, the rental process was seamless, efficient and hassle-free. The customer service team was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to ensure that I got the best rental deal that suited my needs. The car itself was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all the necessary features that made my driving experience smooth and enjoyable. Furthermore, the company's policies were transparent and easy to understand. The return process was quick and painless, and I was able to get my deposit refunded promptly without any issues. Overall, I highly recommend this car rental company to anyone looking for a reliable, affordable, and stress-free car rental experience. Lewis has been absolutely great! He has managed to supply us with a prestige vehicle at very short notice with minimal fuss and no paperwork! I have been quite demanding but Lewis took it all in his stride, the whole process has been painless and speedy. I am very happy to recommend Lewis and Cars on Demand!

Used these guys as a stop gap solution, found them quite pricey but they fill a hole for longer term rentals (say, 1-3 months). Their model is that they lease cars from larger leasing companies, so need to charge more...and more. If you even sneeze on the car they'll find out and charge you for it. And nobody checks their prices, so any small dink is an immediate blow out (+VAT) - be wary when you return the car. Also, if you have any petrol above half a tank you won't be refunded I found out. The final touch of theirs to say "F-U" to their customers.

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. I leased with them as I needed a temporary solution. They were quick to get a car out, however things went down hill the moment they collected my car. There was the faintest of alloy damage on 3 wheels to which they charged 100+ vat which is ridiculous, not only did I not get my money back after one inspection at my property and another when it got to Silverstone but now few weeks later they send me another invoice saying they identified a damage 2 weeks after taking my car! TLDR; do not use! Go to select car leasing or others who have been doing this for years and comply with BVRLA. Stay away!

I used Cars On Demand when I needed a short term car lease for my new job. I highly recommend everyone to stay away. Everything seemed to be going well. The communication was clear, and they dropped off and collected the vehicle on the pre discussed dates. However, when a PCN arrived from TFL, with ambiguous photographic "proof", and after I was already disputing the PCN dates with them, their accounting department (specifically Ben Tatham) went ahead and payed it and collected the money from my account. This moments after I'd told them not to and that they have no right to collect monies without my consent. Even upon receiving this e-mail from my they did not return the funds. Now I find myself in the unique troublesome situation of disputing the (out of contract) transaction with my bank and MasterCard and trying to convince TFL to challenge a fine which has already been paid (which TFL's website claims isn't possible). Total headache and waste of money. Avoid.
