This morning at 8am I logged on to my NHS app and uploaded a photo of my problem. I cannot fault the efficiency of this system. A doctor reviewed it and 25 minutes later a prescription for antibiotics had been sent to my pharmacy. 25 minutes! That is impressive Great Service from Crossley Street
Always received 1st class service at Crossley Street Surgery. I don't visit often, but when I do it all goes smoothly. I complete the online triage, which is very simple to do. Then later in the morning I'm contacted to arrange a consultation with a GP. I found all the doctors, nurses and reception staff very pleasant and helpful. I'm very grateful to have access to such a wonderful service, thank you Crossley Street Surgery
Excellent service. GP's responsive, nurse practitioners have been very competent and receptionists helpful and very polite.A good service despite very high demand. They also looked after my elderly mother extremely well over her decline. Well done.

I have been having health issues since July and therefor had to make at least 6 visits. Whether it was doctor or nurse that I saw I was very happy with my discussions and treatment. Receptionists are always helpful and smiling. The reception areas and consulting rooms are always immaculate.
