Always received 1st class service at Crossley Street Surgery. I don't visit often, but when I do it all goes smoothly. I complete the online triage, which is very simple to do. Then later in the morning I'm contacted to arrange a consultation with a GP. I found all the doctors, nurses and reception staff very pleasant and helpful. I'm very grateful to have access to such a wonderful service, thank you Crossley Street Surgery

Excellent service. GP's responsive, nurse practitioners have been very competent and receptionists helpful and very polite.A good service despite very high demand. They also looked after my elderly mother extremely well over her decline. Well done.

I always feel very well looked after when I need to use Crossley Street Surgery. This time I went in for a routine test. Everyone is extremely helpful, friendly and courteous, making me always feel supported and safe. A huge Thank You! for the amazing service!

I have been having health issues since July and therefor had to make at least 6 visits. Whether it was doctor or nurse that I saw I was very happy with my discussions and treatment. Receptionists are always helpful and smiling. The reception areas and consulting rooms are always immaculate.

My family has been under the care of this surgery for a couple of years now. The team is made up of excellent clinicians, supported by an efficient and pleasant admin team. We have fairly complex needs and they have acted with utmost care every time we have needed them. We are very lucky to have such a surgery in Wetherby. Thank you for all your hard work!
