Bought and sold a house through Beadnall Copley. All staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole process as stress free as possible. Big thanks again to Emily who kept us well informed every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

We recently sold our house through Beadnall Copley in Wetherby and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. The communication, professionalism and honesty was outstanding, which for us was key. Darcie’s knowledge of the whole chain was incredible and she made us feel at ease and totally confident every step of the way. We were always kept in the loop… if we phoned, someone would pick up, if we emailed we would get a reply, it was the little things that made a big difference. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Absolutely fabulous from start to finish! We have just bought a house through Beadnall and Copley so we weren't the clients, yet Darcie was fantastic. Communication was impeccable as every email / phone call was answered quickly. Darcie also explained the process and made everything as easy as possible. If we ever need to sell, I would use Beadnall and Copley myself and would highly recommend them to others!
I want to share my disappointing experience with [Property Dealer's Name] in Leeds. I strongly advise against buying, selling, or renting property through this dealer. The property they rented to me had multiple issues, which I reported immediately. Despite this, it took them approximately six months to address the problems. Additionally, they initially assured me that the lease could be extended, only to later refuse to extend it after a few months. While leaving the property they deduct huge amount from your deposit. So be careful to note down and email them every minor issue. In my opinion, dealing with this agent has been more trouble than it's worth. Please be cautious if considering their services.
