We instructed Butler Ridge to sell our property having spoken with multiple Estate Agents. They impressed us from our first conversation and were outstanding from the initial valuation right through to completion day. They acted as the vital link in a complex five-property chain, expertly managing communication between multiple estate agents, solicitors, buyers, and sellers. Regrettably, the estate agent handling our purchase fell far short of the exceptional standard set by Butler Ridge, who even stepped in to bridge the gaps caused by their notable lack of communication and urgency.
