Second time I've sold via Manning Stainton. They are most professional and helpful. Right from the very off... booking the valuation and prompt arrival of Louise to value to property set their service above and beyond the others I contacted in the area. While some others were either late or only stayed half an hour or showed little interest by contrast Louise from the Wetherby branch was on time and used the full hour and was very down to earth. She explained their service and walking me through their service brochure. I am pleased to say that must say that all follow up emails have been as expected and timely. Great proactive communication of viewing appointment bookings with text messages from James, phone calls with feedback on viewings from Holly and Angela. They really tailored their service to my individual circumstances and they really are working together seamlessly as a great team in the Wetherby Branch. Now I have a solid offer and I have been introduced to a dedicated sales manager Megan who has been equally great. I am seriously impressed with this service and can happily recommend them to anyone thinking of selling their property. Well done guys :) you are a credit to Manning Stainton.

Manning Stainton were excellent in dealing with the sale of my property, easily the best estate agent I have ever dealt with! Sold my property very quickly after a bad experience with another local EA. A really pro-active and thorough team who pushed my sale theough in very quick time, constantly updating me throughout and always easy to get hold of. Not having moved house for 30 years, and being in a difficult personal position, I was very unsure of everything, that was until I called in to speak with the staff at Manning Stainton in Wetherby. The very warm and friendly welcome I received from James put me at ease, and he explained how they work and recommended the initial process of a valuation, but was in no way pushy in his manner. Louise Smith (Branch Manager) came a few days later and stayed probably longer than an average valuation to explain the whole start to finish process with me, reassuring me on certain personal concerns, but yet again I did not feel under any pressure to employ them. But I did and then the star of the show Angela Murray, my Sales Negotiator, took the helm with viewings and offers on my house, and with professional and courteous negotiating she secured me the full asking price on my house with a chain free buyer. Plus since this offer was accepted, she has kept me informed with any updates, even when there wasn't any, the phone calls still came 'just to check in'. Angela has been outstanding and is a credit to Manning Stainton, as are all the other staff members of this branch, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to everyone.

What a terrific level of service we received when deciding to put our house on the market after so many years living in Wetherby. From the moment we contacted Manning Stainton we found the staff very friendly and reassuring who answered our questions and concerns promptly. We had the house valued by Steve Riley who I found to be very professional who obviously knows the housing market in the area, after the valuation Angela Murray then took over the sale of the house. Soon after a sale brochure was produced and the photos looked lovely and it definitely made our house appealing to any buyer. Angela kept in contact with us throughout the journey which thankfully was short as we managed to sell our house for the asking price within a week. We recently purchased our first home through Manning Stainton and we couldn't fault their service. All the staff at the Wetherby branch were friendly and accommodating. James was a great host when showing us the property and was a real support when we were making our offer. Our Move Manager, Yvonne, was also great. She checked in with us regularly and actioned all our queries immediately and effectively. She really helped move things along when things were taking time via solicitors. When our solicitors failed to complete on our scheduled date, the staff across Manning Stainton really rallied round to help us get things over the line. The staff at Wetherby were fantastic at liaising with our Move Manager and providing me with reassurance (and cups of tea!) During a very stressful few hours. Meanwhile Yvonne and the Conveyoncing Manager in another office worked really hard to find solutions and liaise with all parties. Manning Stainton take a human, honest, and helpful approach to selling property. I will 100% be using them when we come to sell our property in the future due to the confidence they have provided us.
