I dealt with both Alex & Tom Bird and found them to be professional and helpful. The staff were always friendly. Due to me living abroad I would like to specifically mention Sally who went above and beyond to help make the confusing, and sometimes long winded process more palatable. Would I recommend this Agent? Of course I would, they were the only agency to fulfill their promises.
