I met Paul when I viewed a property he was selling. I hadn’t sold my house and appointed Paul to act as my agent as I liked his approach and knowledge of the property I viewed. He sold my home within 5 days of it being advertised and I believe this would due to his diligence in understanding the positives of my property, the area and the right target market. I also purchased the house he showed me after it was bought by a developer as he kindly introduced us. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Paul who I truly believe is far better than the high street chains whose send junior staff to show houses who have little knowledge, often just acting as a key holder. Paul does his homework and it shows with his results.

We liked Paul instantly when he came to value our house. His approach was just fresh and honest. He helped us get a great price and was quick to respond to any queries we had. He kept me sane! Can’t recommend highly enough.

We recently purchased our house through Domus and we couldn’t recommend them highly enough. From the first interaction at the initial viewing, Paul was different to the previous estate agents we’d come across. He was knowledgeable, informative and friendly (not at all ‘pushy’). He clearly knew the clients well and took the time to get to know us, too. Throughout the whole process, he guided us, advised us, and pushed things along at a great pace. We can’t thank the team at Domus enough for making the buying process feel so smooth and supportive. I would definitely recommend them! If we were to ever considering selling our amazing house, Paul would be the first call we’d make.

Paul was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Our move stretched out over a 6 month period and he was regularly in contact with updates and always available for queries when they came up. It was particularly tough to get the move over the line and I don't think we would have been in our house before Christmas if it had not been for Paul and his team. Totally refreshing to the other estate agents we had value our house. The WhatsApp communication was incredibly useful to have a direct line of contact without having to jump through a million hoops to reach him. Deciding to choose an independent estate agent to sell your house over one of the larger chains I would chose Domus every single time! Paul cares about his clients and it really shows.
