Charged from 30% up to 80%. At first, my Allstar card wasn’t accepted, but after contacting the Gridserve support team, they reset the machine and payment went through There were around 18 chargers on site, and it was very busy. The only downside was the narrow access road traffic started to back up onto the main route into the services when it got crowded.

First time using this charger site, fantastic all charger available and high speed. Arrived at around 6:00 in the morning so dark however well lit around the site. The grid serve app fantastic to use

The charger should be capable of 350kw but is only charging at 65kw despite starting with only 20% charge. Also the first three chargers I tried were not working. On the past I have used these chargers without a problem but today the performance and service is very poor.

Lots of chargers but don’t believe the headline charging rates. Lucky to achieve more than 60kw on any of them.

The last two times have been very busy and I have had to wait. My Polestar 4 can charge at 200kw but it was maxing out at 107kw at only 20% charge which I assume is due to the number of cars charging at the same time.
