Saks Hair Wetherby

Me and my 2 young girls had our hair done today and it was amazing, we got done all at the same time, the atmosphere was very relaxing and fun, the stylists new exactly what I meant and did the hairstyle I asked for. This was our first time going and let's just say they have some new regulars, already looking forward to our next appointment, my eldest said "i want to go to have my hair done there everyday " and she was terrified to go at the beginning. The girls have been cat walking all the way home, laughing and swishing their hair. Thank you to all the saks team! See you again soon!

Never been before but in a fit of desperation, my hair badily needed cut, I checked the website which showed appointments available and no reference was made to 'by appointment only', I popped in to see if my hair could be cut there and then. The place was deserted bar the three members of staff, one on the front desk and two in the back left-hand corner drinking from their water bottles. The person on the front desk was perfectly pleasant but when I asked to have my hair cut there and then she said that she was expecting a client, and with a quick eye swivel over my shoulder to her colleagues, offered an appointment for the next day. This didn't suit because of my very obvious restricted mobility. I declined the offer and went on my way. I passed Saks Wetherby shop front approximately twenty minutes later to see all three members of staff standing around the reception desk, the blond one discussing her roots.My hair could have been cut in that time. I don't think I'll be trying there again any time soon.

This salon are so professional but also friendly! I did not feel rushed and the stylist explained exactly what she was going to do! I waited over a week to get the appointment but I didn't mind as I think that is the sign of a good salon! Thank you I will be back!
