I'd definitely recommend this company. The lady on the phone was friendly and helpful. Although it wasn't really urgent she still booked me in fairly quickly. James turned up on time and was friendly and efficient and fantastic with my rescue dogs! Great service and very reasonable price in my opinion.

He arrived on time, was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. The work was done quickly and to a very high standard, and the price was fair with no hidden costs. I felt completely reassured throughout the whole process. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend Terry and the Lock & Key Centre to anyone needing a reliable locksmith.

Excellent service. The only locksmith we could get to come out at 11pm when we locked ourselves out! Not an over the top price for a night time call. Hopefully we don't have reason to use them again, but definitely would recommend if anyone finds themselves locked out!! Thank you

Jim replaced a window lock and gave advice on another window that was not opening properly. He provided a punctual, friendly and professional service and explained our guarantee rights once the work was done. We would definitely recommend.
