Very competent. Instead of an expensive replacement, they repaired the lock on my front gate which firemen had broken to gain access after the Getty fire. They re-keyed a German lock on a folding patio door. They aligned the lock on a side entry wooden gate that was sagging. They came back at nominal cost to inspect and give sensible advice on a lock that is expensive to replace. I have met with two of their locksmiths, and both were very professional and competent.
