HartLaw recently handled the sale & purchase of my elderly mother's property. The entire conveyancing team were excellent and went out of their way to personally support my Mum over and above what I would expect. Both my Mum and I were extremely happy with the service provided. While the solicitor for the vendor dragged their heels, HartLaw were efficient, responsive, professional and friendly. They have provided helpful advice throughout and I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

We recently dealt with Hartlaw for a buying a property. We had nothing but excuses after excuses, not responding for weeks on end. Giving very aggressive responses. The vendors solicitors was and we had nothing but issues from the outset and we felt like we were being lied to. I was made aware by the estate agents that they were having issues with other cases. All in all don’t use them as they will cost you business and a property sale like they did for us.

Recently, Kate Robinson has taken care of my legal affairs, she went above and beyond throughout the process, always staying in touch, remaining professional and sensitive to the case and talking through each step as it progressed, making sure I had a full understanding of each stage. I can highly recommend her and this firm.

All views my own. Very little proactive seen by the conveyancing team here, lack of follow through, and clarity in communications during property sale. This lead directly in my opinion to the sale falling after many months of time and effort from us, avoid is simply the word I would use.
