The Paper Shop

I popped in earlier today and checked out the drinks section on the left of the store and noticed the flavored drinks (small bottle) where priced at 95p, I thought "oh bargain" and took it to the counter to purchase and it rung up at £1.45. Be careful people.

The young female member of staff with long blonde hair is a rude ill mannered person and you need to get rid of her .I know several other Wetherby residents. who think so also. She has lost several customers including me and my next door.If you continue to employ her you will lose a lot of business .I am also report your shop to the Wetherby Traders Association

Went in to purchase a £1 bag of sweets from their undeniably wide range of confectionery. I had just taken a tenner out of the Barclays cash machine nearby, and had to give this as my payment. The lady serving eyeballed me and exclaimed "great...I thought this change would last me until 7pm, but I guess not", as she slammed a fiver and four pound coins into my outstretched hand. My evening took a further turn for the worse, when the car park I needed some changed for ended up being free after 6pm anyway. My whole experience had been superfluous. Still, the candy sticks were nice. Two stars for the good range of papers and sweets. Zero stars for customer service, I'm afraid.

Tried to contact them by telephone and they cut off the call after 3 rings. Very rude.

This had a good range of daily papers and magazines, including relatively obscure special interest ones, and lovely ice cream. No wheelchair access.
