Exceptionally good integrated service and finish - from quote to installation - for Almscliffe Loop carpet in 2 bedrooms and Gormire Herringbone sisal on landing and stairs. Chris was very helpful in talking through our options, dropped by samples as we couldn't get to the shop, and gave us multiple quotes to compare. The fitter, Karl couldn't have been more professional and friendly. The fitting was done to an exceptionally high standard, e.g. working neatly around dodgy plaster in an alcove, and doing a fabulous job of running the herringbone sisal beautifully around a very tight turn, making narrow stairs with a shallow tread feel much safer and more stylish. The finish is exceptional, every edge tightly and stylishly hemmed, and the fresh paintwork was left immacuate. The carpets are stunning, completely transform the house.

We chose Floor Design Wetherby based on strong online reviews and personal referrals, so we were confident we’d be in good hands. Unfortunately, our experience hasn’t lived up to those expectations. The wrong product was supplied with our order, and although communication was polite and there was some effort to reach a resolution, the final offer still left us out of pocket for a mistake that wasn’t ours. It’s disappointing, especially given the positive feedback we’d seen, and we had hoped for a better outcome that reflected the situation fairly. We’re sharing this in the hope that it encourages others to double-check everything carefully and that the company might review how these issues are handled in the future.

An excellent service from first entering the door - the team have always been extremely helpful, going above and beyond to explain the different types of carpet and flooring, allowing me to take multiple samples home overnight to see the colours in different lights. We recently got the upstairs carpets done and the team supported us choosing a layout and length that was cost effective for different sized rooms. The fitters have always been extremely polite and very tidy, even fixing our existing carpet runner for us on their last visit. Would definitely recommend this lovely local business!

Floor Design Wetherby were absolutely brilliant. Matt was amazing and talked us through the best flooring for our house. He gave us all the help and guidance we needed to get it to a place where the floor could be fitted. Paul did an incredible job at fitting the floor. They all were very professional and got the job done quickly and smoothly. We couldn't be more pleased with it! It's made a huge difference to the room.

We can't praise Floor Design Wetherby enough for the incredible job they have done on our front room floor. The entire process from choosing our flooring to the end result was smooth sailing all thanks to the helpful staff and professional, highly-skilled fitter. Their attention to detail is second to none. We can't stop staring at our beautiful new floor! Would highly recommend using this company and will be absolutely be using them again.
