I have today collected my 56 year old wedding ring which has been remodelled and resized as well as being repatterned and hallmarked. The final result is amazing and the expertise and attention I received from everybody in the shop was second to none. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Robert and staff at Caines. Excellent service. Really friendly and decent prices. All the staff were so welcoming (even entertaining my 11 month old son) and were very very helpful. They even advised me on a ring issue I had from another jeweller.

Really, really impressed. Went in for a very basic repair which was more of a glueing exercise. Super friendly, turned around quickly and cost wise that reasonable I felt bad and ended up buying a lovely pair of cufflinks. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thank you.
