I recently purchased a pair of shoes at The Shoe Tree. The service I received was exceptional. I have very small feet and was struggling to find a pair of shoes for a summer wedding. Many shops do not stock size 3 shoes. The ladies in Shoe Tree showed me several pairs of size 3 shoes. With their help I chose a beautiful pair of sandles. The ladies suggested suitable accessories to compliment my choice. However when I said I didn't need to buy accessories they were understanding and didn't try to use pushy sales tactics. I would thoroughly recommend this shop and will be going there next time I need to buy shoes.

Vastly overpriced shoe shop. I paid £165 for a lovely pair of shoes, only to find out a few days later that they were selling on the manufacturers website for £47, admittedly in the sale, but full price was still only £95! Fair enough shops have more overheads but £70 on the full price is a huge difference. Rang the shop and explained only to be told that they don’t give refunds only a credit voucher. Could not offer any explanation as to why they were selling vastly overpriced shoes, just said that they’d given me a free bag, which they did but I didn’t ask for it, and as I pointed out it wasn’t really free, in fact even with the cost of the bag they were still £10 more expensive. Wouldn’t budge or give me any sort of explanation as to the massive price difference, just kept saying they would exchange, what for, another pair of vastly overpriced shoes! Have had to accept it but I definitely won’t be visiting again!

I was recommended to go to The Shoe Tree to get shoes and bags to match the outfits I got for my daughter’s wedding. I was positively surprised by the professionalism and service shown by this amazing shop - all Covid restrictions were carefully adhered to. Was looked after by Sherrin and with her help I got the perfect matching items I needed. Within a week, the product I ordered was delivered to my home. I couldn’t be more happy with the results, and can certainly recommend this gem of a shop!

I visited for the first time today and I felt so welcome and looked after. I went to look for some wedding shoes and had a wonderful time. I learned all sorts about shoes and even how to walk better in high heels! I would thoroughly recommend to anyone looking for a personalised shopping experience. I can't wait to return!!
