Sevenoaks Sound and Vision, Wetherby.

I purchased an Ifi Go Blu Air. I only had a very brief interaction with Richard but I had the impression he was trustworthy and would give good advice about hi fi. The shop is stocked with many interesting and desirable items. It's a small shop within a shopping centre in Wetherby. I feel I can recommend this Sevenoaks branch without hesitation. Good to know you can receive personal service and expert help as an alternative to buying online.

Expert advice and installation of new audio/visual equipment. Our 2nd home cinema purchase from SevenOaks Sound & Vision. Our previous tower and wall mount speakers, although top notch, couldn’t be accommodated in to our new media/fireplace wall. Richard’s recommendations gave us the way forward to a very pleasing, modern aesthetic and an awesome cinema experience, especially with the atmos speakers and the suggestion to put the sub woofer in the ceiling. We are really delighted with the final result. A heartfelt thank you to Richard, Alan and Jim, we have no hesitation in recommending your products and service to potential customers.

The advertised sale prices for audio equipment at this retailer appear to be potentially misleading. A promotional email claimed a £150.00 discount on a Marantz CD player, but upon investigation, I discovered that this price had been consistently maintained throughout the year. This practice raises questions about the authenticity of their promotional offers. A significant drawback encountered during a store visit was the lack of available stock for multiple high-end audio products. Specifically, the following items were unavailable for immediate purchase: - B&W speakers - Amplifier - Subwoofer They did advise I could have them delivered, and take the speaker cables now. I left the store, and I won’t be returning.

I have paid Sevenoaks sound and vision 3 visits in 3 days and each visit I had exceptional customer service. I had recently purchased a vintage akai amp and I am by no means an audiophile so wanted advice on speakers and whole set up. I was met with enthusiasm and the offer was presented to bring the amp in to try different solutions which I then did the next day. Again welcomed with enthusiasm and my amp was set up and different speakers tested, lots of great knowledge shared which left me the evening to deliberate the options. Visit 3 again enthusiastic and welcoming, went for an option and was given a great price on speakers and cabling. Sam Allen and Richard all contributed to a great customer experience, well done to them, and I would encourage everyone who is investing in a quality soud/audio solution to pay the wetherby store a visit, the guys go above and beyond. Outstanding example of customer care that is so rare these days. Richard and crew take the time to really look after customer needs, rather than just sell you stuff. They also have a massive amount of product knowledge and a great range of stock to suit all budgets.
