Great car park but very busy. It was free but I understand that is changing. There's a bandstand which has a brass band and it's next to the most beautiful river and old bridge. There's an ice cream van.
Free parking & access to the river or into town. Ice-cream van when we visited (Saturday in July). There's a bandstand & people paddling & I believe riverside walks. Horrible narrow road as entrance (immediately by the bridge) & very narrow path so tricky for pushchair or wheelchair. Amusing notice on the bridge if you walk under!
Great car park that is riverside and a very good walk nearby along the river. Fab access to the picnic area and bandstand. But people in tents and caravans often come here and try and stay here as long as possible. They steal things (saw it happen from the back of a car) so always lock your car and just be careful around them
Good sized car park lots of spaces. Free for 1 hour. We paid 2.50 for 4 hours which is really good. Ready to use ticket machine that worked! No toilets.
Lot of spaces in the car park but it does tend to get busy and you may take a while finding spaces. Short walk from Wetherby Centre. You can walk down to the riverside beneath the bridge and meet all the ducks who are very friendly, with benches to sit down and watch them.
