An outdated, unimaginative metal prefab skatepark. There's not really much to say here. Better than nowt I suppose. Probably alright for young kids but nothing here for most skateboarders. #1000skateparkchallenge #cementurians
I loved it up until the gaps in the jump in-between the jumps caught my scooter wheel and I fell forward and broke my teeth and have a big scar ony head. I've been to the dentist 3 times since then. I also brokey finger and the whole nail is deformed. long story short, don't over-jump it!
Great park. A couple of big curved ramps, 4ft and 6ft. Some smaller ramps and a few rails. A good surface a nd a few benches to sit on. It's about 100meters from Deepdale playground that has swings and stuff for toddlers up to teenagers.
Well kept, very simple park. Is in pretty good Nik. Car park 50m away at the nursery. 4ft Quarter - Box - 6ft Quarter Small curve rail and straight rail. Great for beginner practice.
Deepdale is wooded area with a great view point at the end which looks along the river wharfe. An interesting thing to look for if you do visit are the rock carvings, see if you can find the Fox and a number of human figures. If you fancy a longer walk you can follow the river direction and walk into Boston Spa or even all the way to Tadcaster. 😁
