Lovely place to walk the dog. Lovely views of the valley on the way down to the village and some cool ruined buildings to explore including the church. Car park and free entry.

Such a beautiful peaceful place, its a good walk down to it from the car park but with a well marked path (about 3/4 of a mile) steep in places and a bit uneven but in amazing countryside.... the remains of the houses are well marked out with signs telling the history, the farm house is intact but fenced off for safety. The church is lovely, you can wander inside it and it's graveyard is edged by an orchard and a pond, if you're lucky the volunteers from the Archaeological Society will be there, lovely people with a lot of knowledge 😊 πŸ‘πŸ»

Only did the walk to the village. To be honest not much there. Just marking on the ground. Nice walk to it.

Head here, rather than Wharram Percy directly as GM will lead you in the wrong direction (and towards a dirt track). Though interesting there isn't much here, and I do wish there were more information boards. What ones there are are good. Essentially you'll probably see more online than you would visiting. Probably best to visit as part of a proper walk. Car park is decent enough for the number of visitors it seems to get, though when I visited there were two camper vans, so I'd figure it may be full at times.

Bit of a trek down to the Church, but it's a beautiful bit of the countryside and if the sun is shining and birds are singing, then I can't think of a more pleasant way to spend a few hours. Reading the information plaques is essential to get an idea of what you are looking at and it was fascinating to see the changes in the architecture. Well worth a visit especially if you're into architecture and history πŸ˜‰ A cup of tea tastes amazing after the slow climb back up to the car β˜• Enjoy!
