I had a veggie kebab which was huge and really good, made up of stir fried vegetables and salad with two sauces. The thing that worries me about this place is that they say they have a 5 star hygiene rating, but if you look it up, they only have 3 stars. Having said that, the kebab was delicious and I didn't get food poisoning, which is a plus.
Disappointed with my meal tonight the salad was off and the chicken Parmo I’m still looking for the chicken. Was told that it was all fresh when I rang. In the bin and the dog ate what was bread crumbs.
Very nice pizza, was ready exactly when it said it would be would recommend.
Promised so much yet under delivered. Ordered a half pounder doner burger for £9 and was given a bread bun of kebab meat. No burger at all. Very disappointed. Pizza was OK but seriously I would expect a burger when ordering a burger !
We ordered from Foodhub while visiting Whitby because Just Eat and Uber Eats didn't have options. It looked promising so we ordered, expecting it would take about an hour, which we were fine with. However, the takeaway then changed the estimated delivery time to 40 minutes. After an hour of waiting, we called to be informed they were short on drivers and the order was likely on its way. Twenty minutes later, the food arrived and was stone cold. The chips served with the burger were undercooked, evident from both their taste and texture. Unfortunately, my wife got sick the following day, likely due to consuming just a small amount of the food which had to be thrown away. I would definitely not recommend this restaurant; a one-star rating is far too generous. I should have checked other Google reviews for this place first.
