Best take away in Whitby if you're fed up of fish n chips. I'm not from Whitby but spend around two months a year here & I wouldn't go anywhere else just had a 2 pizza meal deal & it was fantastic also like the staff
Spur of the moment visit whilst staying nearby. The two Pizza we had were quality, pleased we didn't struggle to park at one of the town center ones.
1st time here...large order. Kebab was okay...not cooked/not crispy enough. Fries were hard/overcooked and I think it was too much paprika thrown on? Pizza okay. 4 cans paid for, 3 at the bottom of the bag. Lots of orders being created for deliveries, maybe concentrate on walk ins a bit better.
Quite possibly the best takeaway pizza we’ve had in many years! Staying locally for a short break, we had 4 pizzas one evening and were all extremely impressed with what we ordered. Quite often, local pizza takeaways seem to end up with bland pizzas where the toppings all seem to blend into one mess of flavours. Not here. Freshly cooked as we waited, and very worth waiting for they were. Shame we’ll not likely be here again, as our own local venues at home are not close.
We are on Holiday in the area and we asked a local shopkeeper if they had any recommendations for a decent pizza that could be delivered. He recommended Gino's Pizza and we are so glad he did. We ordered 2 x Pizzas, Garlic Mushrooms, Mixed Kebab and chips. The pizzas were both full of flavour with a generous amount of toppings. The Garlic Mushrooms were a massive portion for the price, which we weren't expecting at all. The Mixed Kebab was cooked to perfection. And the chips were probably the best chips I've ever had from a takeaway. Our food turned up within 20 mins and it was all piping hot, we even got a free Garlic Bread with Cheese. Would definitely recommend Gino's to anyone else who hasn't been before.
