I ordered the 6pc chicken nuggets and it tasted like heaven! Even though I didn't put it in the dip, it still tasted DELICIOUS! I would definitely go back to Wendy's if I had the chance!
15 minutes wait, told there was only chilli for potatoes after paying, still on kiosk, filthy toilets, photos of the food speaks volumes. The restaurant was quiet , upstairs had dirty tables and rubbish on them.
What can I say? Food was incredible. The spicy nuggets were delicious as always with a moist chicken and just the right amount of spice. The baconator was tasty and frosty always goes down well. The premium bun uses pea protein which I'm allergic to but the staff swapped it for a different bun at my request. Fries were a little cold but everything else was perfect.
My first time in a Wendy’s really good experience! Had the beef chilli cheese potato and it hit the spot on a cold day like today was. Thankyou to Jack for walking me through really helpful. Would definitely visit again.
Great food and you could see that the food prep was done properly but there were long wait times of approx 20 to 30 minutes, seems to be a shortage of staff as there was no one cleaning upstairs when we were there we and other families had to clear our own tables, the toilet was covered in water from leaking waste pipe on sink, it seems to the local public toilet, theres not enough area to queue for food and for people to queue for toilet if theyre not eating there, toilet should be coded to your receipt to combat this issue to concentrate on your customers.
