As a collector of vinyl albums, I buy quite a lot online. My last three Evri-handled packages, having made their way over from the US, have all mysteriously vanished after one supposed delivery attempt. Someone here is a thief who likes records, but not paying for them! Other items are routinely opened when received, but the villain evidently doesn’t like books as much as records! I will not buy from anyone if I know in advance that they are using Evri.
Ignore the 1* idiots as it's nothing to do with the shop. Took loads of parcels and collected a few. No issues at all.
My delivery from hermes,for which I recieved no notification,had been opened by the delivery person! Why? Curious about the contents? Hoping to find a free xmas present?
Staff are always polite and friendly here regarding parcels. Wish all shops in the area for other parcel services were as polite.
Got a e-mail from them to say a parcel delivery had been left in a secure place because I wasn't home, only problem was, they didn't actually say where the parcel had been left at, tried to contact someone from Hermes but could only get an automated message, found the parcel 2 days later under a upturned planter in the garden
