Not a great experience. We viewed a flat and had an offer accepted, sent all the required proofs that we requested albeit a week later. We then waited a week for a reply and didn't get one. We then find out they didn't reply as they were busy trying to get our offer gazumped, and then tried blaming me. Once i proved them to be wrong they ceased communication All in all a very poor experience

The team at Astin’s have been a joy to deal with. The whole buying experience, from viewings to completion, has been seamless.
