Amazing garage, they saw me straight away when I had a check engine light and reduced power whilst travelling into Whitby on our family weekend break. They diagnosed the fault as soon as I turned up and managed to clear it (a dicky sensor) and for how quickly they saw me and got me back on the road again and for how cheap the price was I have absolutely zero complaints, 10/10 service and all staff super friendly would deffo recommend and use these guys (if I lived here). Back to Whitby we go!! Many thanks!!
When my clutch stopped working on a family break in Whitby, I was afraid we would have to be towed back home and the holiday ruined. However, a local garage kindly recommended BT Auto Services and I am so pleased they did. The guys fitted me in at short notice, started work on my car straight away and had it finished by the end of the next day, thus saving our holiday. They were polite, friendly and had excellent communication. Charges are very reasonable too. If I lived locally they would definitely be my garage of choice. Can't recommend them enough. Thanks so much!
Had a flat tyre whilst visiting Whitby for the weekend. Rang this garage who saw us straight away, found the puncture but didnt have a tyre to match so rang around to find us 1, we collected it and he stayed open after his hours to fit it for us and get us back.on the road. Would highly recommend, great service, above and beyond. THANK YOU
Sorted out my son’s car today at very short notice.( We are on a weekend break) He had lost power and engine warning light had come on. Very reasonable and fantastic service! Highly recommended !! Thank you lads!!!
My mum and dad broke down on holiday from London with suspected clutch gone, got towed from the AA on a Sunday with no expectation of the car even being worked on in the early week as many garages around here booked 2/3 weeks booked in advance, upon phone calls with josh regarding the holiday trip which my mum and dad required the car to get back home on Tuesday to London, josh never promised anything which was understandable but he and his team managed to get the car in the workshop and finished before 4.30 Monday afternoon ready for the long trip back to London what a life saver of a garage not many out there could've done this in such a short notice thank you
