Booked myself in for a wedding hair put up. Realy special day for me.When we got there we found out the girl who was doing my hair was off sick. So had one lady do mine and my daughter hair at the same time. The lady did try to give us what we wanted but just didn't feel special.I know this was not her fault but my experience was not good. Had my hair put up felt rushed. All day I was pushing pin in feeling they were falling out i pulled it out after we had our food and think my daughter got charged too much for Just rollers and pinned back with pins. I also pinned her hair back up a couple of times too. Charged same as my put up. Very expensive. Maybe they had a bad day as they have got really good reviews that's why I booked them. Don't think I will go back.

I love this hairdresser salon! For the past few years I always get a hair cut and style I am very happy with. My usual hairdresser, Paula, at the Whitby salon is very personable and professional and always does a great job! This salon is reasonably priced and I can honestly say I am a very satisfied and happy customer!
